Bagged Mulch

We accept returns for plants within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. In order to be considered for a return, the plant must not have been planted and must be in the same condition as it was when it left the property. Hardgoods can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unopened and unused. All returns are subject to manager approval for store credit only.

If ordering online for curbside pickup, please wait for another email notifying you when to pick up. We cannot guarantee same-day curbside pickup, though we strive for quick turnaround. Please plan to pick up your order within 1-3 days of being notified.

Pickup orders may be canceled before we send the ready-for-pickup notice. Delivery orders may be canceled before preparation or dispatch begins. Email orders@horsfordnursery.com with your order number as soon as possible to request a cancelation. Custom orders and specially sourced items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
