Seedling Giveaway: We will have free seedlings to give away, one per family while supplies last. Open hours (8:30AM-4:30PM) from Friday, June 5 to Sunday, June 7.
Pop Up: little seed COFFEE ROASTERS 9:30AM - 12:30PM Saturday, June 6 with delicious beverages for sale.
Lupines & Mini Meadows Talk: 9AM Saturday, June 6.
A talk and Q&A with our perennials manager, Chloe. Learn about native plants, Lupines in Vermont, and how to plant your own mini meadows for pollinators.
Read & Snack: Miss Rumphius, & World More Beautiful: 10AM Saturday, June 6.
Angela Kunkel, author of World More Beautiful, will be reading both her own children's book about Barbara Cooney (author of Miss Rumphius) and the original Miss Rumphius book. Miss Rumphius is a classic tale based on Hilda Edwards Hamlin, who planted lupines all along the coast of Maine.
Bring your little ones, there will be Lorna Doones and lemonade.
