In this hurried world we live in, our Soul yearns for peace, for beauty, for balance. All of this we can find in the quiet of Nature where true magic unfolds. We will learn the writing structure of Japanese Haiku and use this poetic form to capture the ephemeral quality of the Garden. As our mind quiets and we are immersed in a timeless natural world we will experience a gentle renewal of mind, body and Spirit. The meditative writing of Haiku is a lovely self-care practice with many benefits.
