Lilium tigrinum 'Red Velvet'

This Asiatic hybrid has deep red, curved petals that are speckled with black or brown spots. This is an easy to grow variety that produces up to 12 blooms per stem. An excellent addition to cut flower gardens, mixed borders, and naturalization. Though it prefers moist soils, it does become somewhat drought tolerant with age.
