Nature Journaling is an exciting way to create art outside of the studio walls. Learn to draw natural objects and landscape scenes
from observation while immersed in nature. We will explore the inspiring grounds of Horsford Gardens & Nursery to find
plants and natural scenes to document. Lessons will focus on creating the composition of a sketchbook page along with
completing numerous botanical studies in both wet and dry media. Sign up for all three sessions or purchase a la carte. Beginner
and experienced artists welcome.

Davis Studio will supply paper, lightweight drawing boards, graphite pencils, micron pens, and watercolor pencils (including water
and small paint brushes). Students will provide their own sketchbooks and any other art materials they wish to use while nature
journaling. Optional/Recommended : phone with camera or camera, water bottle, backpack/tote bag for carrying supplies.
