This North American wetland variety is aptly referred to as King of the Meadow due to its stately height and stature. The fluffy white flowers teem with pollinators in mid-summer, although not as showy as their lavender counterparts they make up for it with their sweet smell and impressively tall stems. The delicate lobed foliage has a lovely fall display in hues of yellow and pink. Great selection for along streams and riverbanks in dappled shade, so soil can remain consistently moist.
