Horsford's gardens offer an extraordinary variety of beautiful flowers and plants all summer long. In this workshop, we will learn to capture the unique shapes and three-dimensional forms of some of these lovely blooms. Starting with demos and guided step-by-step instruction, discover the simple lines, basic shapes, structure, and forms of these plants. Learn how expressive linework can enhance the delicate shapes of buds, blooms, and foliage. No experience is necessary for this workshop, only openness to learning new techniques and approaches to drawing. By the end of the workshop, you will be able to fill your own sketchbook with drawings of your favorite flowers.
