A pale yellow version of the classic Aquilegia canadensis. Great option for naturalizing, forming large colonies when grown in optimal conditions. Rich, moist soils are preferred but plant is drought tolerant once established and can tolerate a wide range of soil as long as well-drained. The delicate yet showy blooms appear in early spring, lasting from April through May. The drooping bell shape and long spurs are great for hummingbirds, but deer and rabbits will leave it be.
