A very useful form of serviceberry which works great for hedging, or adding vertical interest in smaller landscapes. 'Obelisk' stays uniform and dense as it gradually fills out to become a columnar oval in shape. White flowers in early spring are followed by tasty purple berries in summer. Fall color is orange to red and quite noticeable in the landscape.
