Ordering plants has concluded for the season. The selection on our website is what is overwintered at the nursery. Our full availability for Spring 2022 will be available later this winter. Please contact us with any questions.”

'Chestnut' is a very hardy and produces good crops of flowers and fruit annually, which makes it a great pollinator for northern orchardists. The small apples (or large crabapples) are about 2" and develop a sweet nutty flavor that is good for eating fresh or making into preserves. This apple is also popular with cider makers and shows good disease resistance to common apple afflictions.
