With a tight pyramidal form and uniform branching, Green Gables™ is a terrific improvement on our native tupelo. The fiery red fall color is a show stopper and pollinators love the inconspicuous flowers. Very adaptable to various soils (sand to clay) and moisture levels (wet to dry) but requires acidic conditions in order to thrive. . Good selection for rain gardens.
